For the May 2027 Texas Tour event, planning and organization has begun.  Join the Gulf Coast Region AACA for their annual gathering of old cars and old friends - and maybe even bring someone new, and we’ll all make new friends!
About The Event
Texas Tour -- A Texas Tradition Since 1953
The Texas Tour is an annual touring event sponsored by the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA).   Since it founding in 1953, the tour has brought antique and classic automobile enthusiasts together to explore the history, culture, and scenic roads of communities across Texas. -Unlike a trational car show, Texas Tour is a driving event.  Participants spend several days traveling together in their antique and classic automobiles, visiting museums, historic sites, local businesses, restaurants, and attractions while experiencing the unique character of each host community. -Each year a different AACA region serves as host. In 2027, the Gulf Coast Region is honored to welcome participants to Bryan-College Station and the Brazos Valley for the 73rd Annual Texas Tour.

	Dates: May 20-23, 2027   May 20 - Early Bird Tour and Welcome   May 21 - Tour Day   May 22 - Tour Day   May 23 - Business Meeting and Departure Host Organization: Gulf Coast Region, Antique Automobile Club of America Location: Bryan-College Station, Texas Expected Attendance: Approximately 80+ antique and classic automobiles and 150-170 participants and guests Tour Format: Four days of scenic driving tours, community visits, dining and social events
Our Mission
To preserve and celebrate automotive history while supporting the communities that graciously welcome us.  Texas Tour encourages participants to experience local history, museums, restaurants, attractions and businesses, createing lasting memories and encouraging future return visits.
Why Bryan College Station?
The Gulf Coast Region selected Bryan-College Station as the host community for the 73rd Annual Texas Tour because it offers the ideal combination of history, hospitality, scenic driving routes, and visitor experiences that have made the Texas Tour a success for more than seven decades. Located in the heart of the Brazos Valley, Bryan-College Station provides convenient access to outstanding museums, historic sites, wineries, unique shopping, excellent restaurants, and beautiful rural roads--perfect for touring antique and classic automobiles. A note from the Chairman: "As Tour Chairman and a proud Texas A&M graduate, I was especially excited to indroduce our members to a community that has played such an important role in my own life.  The Brazos Valley offers visitors an authentic Texas experience, and we look forward to sharing that experience with participants from across Texas and neighboring states."

Texas Tour is more than a driving event--it is an opportunity to showcase the Brazos Valley while supporting local businesses and encouraging future tourism.

The Gulf Coast Region is committed to working with local partners to maximize these opportunities while showcasing everything the Brazos Valley has to offer.
73 Years of Touring Texas
For more than seven decades, Texas Tour participants have traveled the back roads of Texas, discovering historic communities, supporting local businesses, and celebrating the preservation of antique and classic automobiles. Since 1953, host communities have welcomed hundreds of enthusiasts each year, creating lasting friendships and showcasing the unique character of theior towns and regions.
