Character coding is required so that trolls (generally unscrupulous people who devote their time on the internet to looking for web sites to exploit and destroy), are foiled when trying to enter bogus data. Character coding ensures a human is actually entering data, rather than a "bot" (a computer program written by a troll). Please note the following for entering character coding and passwords.

1. Case sensitive. 2. Space sensitive. 3. When asked to enter characters that you see, read the graphic as you see it, taking into account it is only an image with letters determinable by the human eye. 4. Using the keyboard, type in the exact characters (letters, numbers or characters) on the left. 5. Click "Submit".
