Registration Information

You must be a member of AACA to register for meet.    To register, visit members.aaca.org/login.asp  Registration Deadline - September 26, 2025  Cancellation Deadline - September 12, 2025  Registration Fee - $50.00  Car Hauler Trailer Parking will be located odn hotel grounds.    NOTE: In the event of rain, will will move the show field inside the covert parking garage!

RV Park Accommodations

There is no overnight RV availability for camping on the property of the Moody Gardens Resort.     Car hauler and tow vehicle parking at Moody Gardens Resort is a onetime charge of $30 coinciding with the duration of your hotel guest room reservation.   NOTE! Moody Gardens will only allow RV's to be parked on property by registred room guests of the Moody Gardens hotel. Overnight sleeping in an RV is not allowed while RV is parked on the property of the Moody Gardens Resort.

Bike Extravaganza in Galveston

This year makrs another occasion that we have joined forces with a fellow hobby club at one of our national shows. The Antique Motorcycle Club of America (AMCA) has already joined us in Charlotte this year. We were treated to 28 motorcycles representing 15 different brands. AMCA members who were not already members of AACA became members of our club and subsequently completed in AMCA judging and AACA judging on the same weekend! This collection was very successful and both clubs benefited from the partnership. AMCA is also a national club so they are taking advantage of joining us again in Galveston. This is the proverbial win-win for both organizations. So, if you are not a member of AMCA consider joining and if you are not a member of AACA, Keith Kizer AMCA's executive director will help you become a member of AACA. AMCA members will find that we can seamlessly join forces for a great weekend. You can take part in all activities and even attend our judging school.
